La Helsinki Summer School è un evento accademico di tre settimane organizzato ogni estate dalle università dell'area di Helsinki. I corsi offerti sono tenuti in inglese. Era un pò che pensavo all'opportunità di farmi un mesetto in Finlandia con questa formula e ieri sera mi sono decisa e ho mandato la richiesta on line. Stamani alle 10 nella mia casella di posta c'era già la risposta che mi comunicava che sono stata accettata

  Grazie, ma non è così difficile parteciparvi: basta mandare la richiesta per tempo, sapere bene l'inglese e ovviamente essere molto interessati alla materia che si è scelto!

Do you need an apartment during your stay in Helsinki??

I´m renting my fully furnished self-contained, newly renovated single studio apartment in the city center of Helsinki (Hakaniemi/Kallio) for the summer months (around 1st of June to mid August or as agreed). I have 28,5m2 with fully fitted modern open plan kitchen and bathroom. In a very quiet and safe building, 6th floor with an elevator. The apartment is very well situated (about 200m from Hakaniemi metro station, trams and busses next to the main door, 1,5 km which is around 15min walk from the main railwaystation). My apartment is newly renowed (fully furnished)  with all modern equipments needed including: full length fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic cooker and oven, laundry machine and dryer, flat screen large tv and digibox and dvd-player, double bed, cd-player, piano and so on. Also internet connection if needed, as well as be linen and kitchen equipments if agreed. No pets, no smoking! Ideal for a young couple or a single person for the summer time.
